Meet The Team...


Property Management Accountant


Chris is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including reconciling tenant ledgers, and processing utility payments. He assists in preparing financial reports for management and ensures that all accounting records are accurate and up to date. Additionally, Chris helps maintain the smooth flow of financial operations by supporting the team with routine accounting functions and providing timely financial information as needed.

Property Manager

Carolina is responsible for overseeing service requests, work orders, and maintenance schedules, as well as negotiating and quoting repair and replacement costs. She manages the DMV processes for mobile homes and coordinates the after-hours emergency call system with third-party support. Additionally, Carolina works closely with tenants to ensure that maintenance requests are promptly addressed and that tenants are fully informed of their responsibilities. She also maintains effective communication to ensure timely rent payments and resolve any concerns.

Leasing Manager

Samuel is responsible for both residential and commercial leasing. His primary goal is to provide an exceptional experience for our tenants throughout the leasing process. Samuel’s role includes, but is not limited to, marketing and advertising available properties, preparing and reviewing tenant applications, conducting market research, and onboarding new tenants. He works diligently to ensure that all properties remain fully leased while maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction and professionalism.

Maintenance Supervisor

With over 20 years of expertise in property maintenance, Dean oversees a diverse portfolio that includes long-term rentals, commercial properties, short-term rentals, and mobile home parks. Dean's primary responsibility is to ensure tenant satisfaction by maintaining properties to the highest standards, addressing maintenance needs promptly, and ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition. His experience plays a key role in maintaining the quality and value of our properties.

Maintenance

TJ plays a key role in maintaining the quality and functionality of our properties by handling a wide range of maintenance and repair needs across our portfolio. From responding to tenant service requests to performing routine property upkeep, TJ is committed to ensuring that issues are addressed efficiently and professionally. His reliability, attention to detail, and dedication to tenant satisfaction help keep our properties operating smoothly and maintained to a high standard.

Maintenance

Hector is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance operations of our residential and commercial properties, ensuring that tenant concerns are resolved promptly and effectively. His work includes preventative maintenance, property repairs, and assisting in maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning environments for our tenants. Hector’s strong work ethic and hands-on approach contribute greatly to the overall care, appearance, and value of our properties.

Process & Operations Coordinator

Tyler serves as our Process and Operations Coordinator, supporting the leasing department by helping ensure internal systems, workflows, and operational processes run efficiently and accurately. He works closely with management to improve procedures, organize processes, and assist in maintaining consistency across day-to-day operations. Tyler is regularly relied upon for operational support, problem-solving, and process improvement, helping the team maintain efficiency, accuracy, and strong organizational standards throughout the company.
